Join three fantastic instructors for a day that will improve your fitness, flexibility and posture, and leave you feeling stretched and relaxed.

PILATES: Pauline Martin will lead you through a Pilates session suitable for anyone from beginners to expert. Pilates can improve posture, muscle tone, balance and joint mobility, as well as relieve stress and tension. https://reform-pilates.pilatesnearyou.co.uk

ALEXANDER TECHNIQUE: Ellie Rouse will lead you through a practical session where you will recognise the habits that cause stiffness, pain and tension, with simple techniques that go far beyond improving your posture. www.thebalancedself.co.uk

NORDIC WALKING: Vicky Goode will teach you the basics of Nordic Walking then lead you on a walk through the beautiful countryside. This taster session will show you how Nordic Walking is an all-over body workout that is suitable for any age and ability. The day will start at 10.30am and end at 3.30pm. A light lunch will be provided, along with tea & coffee. The cost is £60 per person.

The venue is the delightful Therapy Garden, Glaziers Lane, Normandy, GU3 2DT.
