Give Nordic walking a try in the glorious surroundings of Winkworth Arboretum. These 45 minutes sessions cost just £7 per person and will give you a brief introduction to this fantastic fitness activity.
You can then sign up to the Learn To Nordic Walk course, after which you will be qualified to Nordic walk safely and effectively. This consists of 2 x 1.5 hour sessions held over 2 weeks, and costs £50 per person.
